Terms and Conditions
Subscription and Billing:
Your subscription begins upon signing up and providing payment information.
If your plan includes a 30-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. After 30 days, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and billing begins unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring 30-day cycle beginning on the date of the initial paid charge.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable.
It is the client’s sole responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription prior to the next billing date if they do not wish to continue. Pano is not responsible for reminder notifications or cancellation requests not submitted before the renewal date.
Product Delivery
Content creation cannot begin until we receive your product. Clients are responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees, if applicable.
Tracking information for shipped products must be provided to ensure timely processing.
Subscription and billing schedules remain active during the free trial period, regardless of product delivery status.
If product delivery is delayed, scheduled posts may be adjusted within your active subscription period. Billing cycles remain active regardless of product delivery timing.
Content Creation Timeline
Once your product is received, we will schedule and execute content creation as per your subscription plan.
All posts created during your subscription period count toward your monthly content total, whether or not collaboration invitations are accepted.
No Reshoots Policy:
Due to the nature of our service and production workflow, we do not offer reshoots. All content is created using best practices for visual quality, storytelling, and product presentation, based on the information and guidance provided prior to filming. Please ensure any specific requests or instructions are shared in advance.
Advertising Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for any false or misleading advertising claims related to your product.
Rights and Ownership
All content created by Pano remains the intellectual property of Pano.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, paid advertising, website use, email marketing, and other brand materials.
Upon request, final video files (MP4 format) can be provided to the client.
Client acknowledges that content created by Pano is non-exclusive and may include multiple brands or products within the same piece of content. Pano reserves the right to create, publish, and distribute such collaborative or multi-brand content at its discretion.
Pano retains the right to publish, repost, and use all created content across its social platforms, website, portfolio, advertising, and promotional materials.
Third-Party Brand Usage
If other brands or products are featured in the created content (e.g., ingredients, tools, or partner products), those brands are granted the right to use the video(s) in their own marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns. Such usage is permitted provided the content is not altered in a way that misrepresents our work or your product.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not provided.
Product Return Policy
Products provided for content creation will not be returned unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability We are not responsible for damages or losses during product shipment. Clients must ensure safe and timely delivery of their product to us.
Performance Disclaimer:
While we use proven strategies designed to maximize reach and engagement, we do not guarantee specific view counts, sales results, or audience growth outcomes.
Agreement to Terms
By subscribing, initiating your free trial, and shipping your product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, or disruptions to internet services.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Parties agree to resolve disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
